Welcome to Eastbrooke. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eastbrooke regarding your use of our services and facilities.

Reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in certain circumstances. A valid credit card may be required to secure certain bookings. Cancellation policies apply and vary depending on the type of booking. For standard dining reservations, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. For special events and large group bookings, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Special event bookings may require deposits or advance payments. Refund policies vary by service type and circumstances. Deposits for special events are typically 50% of the estimated total cost. Full payment for special events is required 7 days prior to the event date. Service charges of 12.5% apply to parties of 6 or more.

We maintain the right to refuse service to anyone. Guests must conduct themselves appropriately and respect other patrons. Abusive behavior, excessive noise, or damage to property will not be tolerated and may result in removal from premises. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or violence of any kind. Dress code is smart casual - no sportswear or beachwear permitted after 6pm. Management reserves the right to make final decisions on all matters of conduct.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless specifically agreed upon. We cannot guarantee allergen-free meals but will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements when notified in advance. For special dietary requirements, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Birthday cakes are permitted with prior arrangement and a small cakeage fee may apply. Wine corkage is available at £20 per bottle for still wines and £25 for sparkling wines.

All content on our website and marketing materials is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to our logo, images, menu designs, and written content. Photography is permitted for personal use only. Commercial photography requires prior written consent from management.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
